Some teams do standup. They are free to do them in the intervals that suites them, either daily or weekly depending on requirements. As a guideline we use the following three questions:
- 1. What did you do yesterday?
- 2. What are your priorities for today?
- 3. Do you have any current problems?
We do this in order to learn what others are doing so we can give help or tips to them when needed and lastly to build accountability and trust. Everybody is responsible for moving our development in the right direction. We are not reporting to a boss, we are reporting to each other.
